My 2022 XC 60 has stopped allowing me to listen or respond to text messages. The notification of a new message does come up and has the mute conversation or play buttons but they do not work.
This feature has worked in the past. I can find no solutions online or in the manual.

Any help is welcome.

I have not been able to respond to texts me r have them play since the dealer did the latest update. They told me basically oh well at some point there will be an update to correct it. This car is a nightmare!

Yup, I do regret buying it and most likely will go back to VW's this summer. Its so disappointing to spend this amount of money so such poor quality
