Need help with my father 1965 144 S

Hi my father wants to get rid of the volvo he has had in storage for 30 years. We have no idea how much it is worth.
it has 107k miles and has been sitting for 30 years but was working fine back then.
Obviously it is a project car, but has lots of potential to the right buyer.

The problem is we have no idea of what fair market value might be.

Can anyone help me make a fair price to sell the car?
