The bolt pattern is the same but the offset of the newer wheels is quite different.
Basically, they are Front Wheel Drive offset. That means they have a negative streering radius bias. The centre line of the wheel is inside the centre line of the steering pivot. That is intended to minimize torque steer on acceleration and, in the case of a flat tire, minimize the pull effect from that.
What does it mean for you? The new wheels will not stick out as far as the old stock offset wheels. A 240 already has a narrower rear wheelbase than at the front, so it might look strange.
