My name is Matt and I my first car was a 1983 Volvo 240 DL. I sold her to get some extra cash and now I drive a 1993 940 GL. I love how dependable these cars are and if you treat them right, they will reward you back.
I am a senior in Agricultural Engineering at Iowa State University, and I have some knowledge on turbos, diesels, and everything in between. When I graduate this December I plan on getting rid of the 940 and after that I want a 242 turbo. I am still researching what years where the best for the coupe turbos, but I want the B230ft engine and tune it up from there. I can see myself owning Volvos for the rest of my life..
