No ground pulse signal to injectors, '99 s80

I am working on a '99 s80 that got water in the computers and shorted them out. With that, the airbags deployed. I replaced the computers and the crank positioning sensor. I have done nothing with the airbags yet. I am just trying to get the car running on its own. It starts with ether. I tested the pump and delivery and I am getting fuel to the injectors, but the computer is not sending the ground pulse to the injectors for injection. So the car will not actually run. All wiring looks good and clean. Is there something else that I need to check? Could the airbags have something to do with that?
