I have oil in the water on 1999 V70XC. 2.4 turbo 190000 miles. Recent valve job and head gasket 1500 miles ago. Could it be the radiator & how do I verify. Starts and runs fine.

Where is the oil cooler on the 1999 V70 AWD. 2.4 turbo. Is it with the radiator? I think there is one on the oil pan.
