i have the automate 2-way security and remote start system . model AM9

1. first thing the alarm works fine. but is there any way to have the doors lock when in autostart mode or in pitt stop mode or even turbo mode . seams the car won't lock when running.

2. when he was done i noticed a SRS airbag bring in for service light on the menu. called alarm guy sent me to his friend with a obd 2 srs capable, code said a module was replaced. had him erase and hasn't been back. has anyone ran into this before?

3. but i notice when someone sits in the passenger side seat. seatbelt light no longer goes on, even if he they don't have thier seat belt on. same on driver side. but the other lights on this right side work like brake etc. all lights come on when starting the car up.

All sounds like typical problems from a remote starter.

Most manufacturers cancel the warranty if there is an aftermarket car starter installed. I'd say remove it and go back to stock.

Have your girlfriend go out and start it in the morning for you - would be less trouble!
