Hey Im a newbie.

Just got my first volvo two months ago. 2001 s60 2.4T. When I come to a complete stop from higher speeds 60mph+, I notice a clunk coming from the right rear of my volvo. It's intermittent sometimes it's there and sometimes not. Is it suspension or transmission? Ideas?

I have a 2008 s40 with a similar problem. A clunk that occurs intermittently, usually at higher speeds and slight bumps on the road. I was wondering if was from the trunk, which has a loose lid to cover up the spare tire.. or the suspension?
