S60 tire suggestions

It's time to replace the OEM Pirelli tires on my S60. They offer a decent (comfort and mostly noiseless) ride, however they are magnets for nails and screws. I had the same experience with the Continentals on my BMW.
So, I'm looking for some rubber that's more trouble-free. Has anyone had experience with Bridgestone or Goodyear on their Volvo? General keeps coming in legit online reviews, but I'm uncertain about that brand.
Any input is appreciated!

I like put Michelins on my wife’s S60 and it’s made a vast improvement.

How are the Michelin's better? Noise, handling, something else?

Much quieter and much better wet and dry handling
