My 1999 S70 T5 with 137000 miles shows ABS and Traction Control warning lights intermittently and the Cruise Control doesn't work sometimes, even when all warning lights are off. The car surges very smoothly when the Cruise isn't working. Is the ABS Control Module bad? I took the wheels off to make sure the ABS Sensors and gear teeth weren't damaged and they all look fine.
