S90 Antenna Replacement.

Ok so my antenna worked but it looked awful so i'm *trying* to replace it. I used these directions www.AntennaMastsRus.com but unfortunetley it was not that simple. Part of the white bit has broken off in the motor. It tried just about everything to get in there and get it out with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to get in there? Pics would be great. Thanks
