Hey guys,
I seem to be have a couple of strange issues with my wifes xc70. The first problem is the brake pedal makes a "hissing" noise almost like the sound a tire makes if it has a puncture in it and is losing air. If I ever so slightly tap the pedal the "hissing" noise subsides but does not completely go away.
The second issue I have is there is some type of sensor (maybe?) running after I park the car and turn it off. It sounds like an electric motor of sorts that continues to operate for a couple of minutes after the ingition is turned off. I have popped the hood and it sound like it is coming from the transmission side of the engine compartment and from below/behind the air cleaner assembly. Not sure what to make of this one either.
