I have a 2002 XC70 with 83K miles. The car is flawless in every way b/c it's always been serviced by a Volvo dealer.
My question: though the car "seems" to ride fine, when is a good replacement time frame for all the struts? I plan on doing the strut mounts too but given this cars history of gentle driving (if you call WV and PA roads gentle), should I even think of replacing the struts? I know it's not cheap to do but I like my cars to be right in every way.:D And I know the timing belt change is getting close too but can't afford both and I do have some time yet for the belt.
I don't notice anything abnormal with the suspension, but then I would like to keep it that way. Any help out there?
