The Historical Archive of the Club has taken on the mission to track and document every single Volvo 1800 in the world.
The result is published on the Swedish Volvo P1800 Club' picture gallery site http://www.volvo1800pitures.com and in the chassis database Volvo P1800 Picture Gallery Chassis Database with photos

So far, 2,700 cars are tracked down, but there were almost 47,000 made between 1961 and 1973! A majority of them delivered to the US market

Yes, there is a lot of production information on the site including handwritten delivery notes from the Jensen factory in the UK where the first 6,000 cars were assembled. Look under "Production" on Volvo 1800 Picture Gallery
