Being the factory tool for setting the throttle valve switch is pretty much a extinct animal, I was wondering if anyone has a procedure to set it with a ohm meter, and what terminals to use?

Here's something EVERYONE with an early '70s injected Volvo needs;



I bought this little book many years ago at a meet. Very handy.

Rather than re-type, I've grabbed some pix of this part of the details. It's part of a whole trouble shooting procedure for FI on 1800s, 140s and 164;








I don't want to get into any copyright issues so that's all I'm posting. I'll ask you to find your own copy of the book.

Thank you. After reading this I started searching and found a copy on line, along with a lot of lost or not avalible infromation on these cars. This book is a must read. Hope to have this running next week.
