I have a 2000 XC70 with 85k. I have a hesitation at 50-60 mph. Runs fine under load or tooling around town. I have replaced the fuel filter, air cleaner, spark plugs and Sea Foam fuel treatment. I don't have a chck engine light or any other problems. This is my wifes car and i need to fix it, so I don't to hear about it. Please help me if you think you know what this is

One process that has worked wonders on my high mileage, newer cars is something called 'Motor Vac'.

It's a process of running cleaning solution through the fuel injectors and cleaning out the throttle plate. With the amount of oil fumes recycled into the engine by the EGR, the intake system gets quite a build up of carbon. Most big shops do this.

If it doesn't clear up the hesitation it will at least give you more power and better fuel mileage. Seriously, it will.
